Beyond Voice
These Group Voice Workshops are designed to help you gaining confidence in using your voice, singing, improvising, expanding you musical abilities and learning new songs.
If you love music and singing but feel scared, blocked, lack confidence and would like to push your limits to expand your true self, this is your place.
Beyond Voice is inspired in the Chinese wheel of the elements: water, wood, fire, earth and metal.
Learn about these elements, their meaning, their relationship to personality, preferences, true nature, what organs its energy affect, animal and movements to move these energies. From here we will dance, sing, create harmonies, improvise, play, move and sing sing sing.
You’ll learn new songs and chants and at the end of the block we will run a performance for friends. We will also have a few friends that have worked with Api and after a couple of years they are ready to share their progress. Witness the potential of what can be achieved with commitment and dedication…

3 nights retreat, Near Glastonbury
Cura Sana
This 4 days & 3 nights retreat is specially designed to accompany you into your own healing journey and expansion of your consciousness, divinely guided by master plants and nature spirits. CuraSana has a strong emphasis on integration, so that we put in practice the teachings and evolve the tools that bring us into congruency and alignment.
The retreat, held together with the master teacher and healer Greg Manning from Sacred Tree, includes preparation call, flower bath, early movement QiGong and the elements, two nights ceremony, sound healing & voice work, Despacho offering on the thrid night (ancient Inca ceremony of letting go), walk outside in nature with guided practices, and other special offerings. We also provide support post-retreat to integrate the teachings into our daily life.
If you prefer working in small groups (max 7 participants) and are more inclined to receiving a more individualised approach, this is surely your retreat.
This will be Cura Sana's 4th edition and we will continue offering every quarter of the month.

Pilgrimage to Mexico
Last time was Peru, this time Sacred Tree takes is to the mystical land of Mexico to journey in to the most mstical places on Earth to meet the ancient traditions that hold so much wisdom, helping us connect to the origins, the elders, the tradition that is still alive. So many incredible things have been arranged for this joruney, some include: meeting Mazatec elders; sitting with one of the oldest mara’akames, the holders of the ancient lineage of the Wixarika; climbing the sacred mountain Matlalcuéyetl; meditating in the darkness of a cave in the footprint of Teotihuacan; sharing traditional Temazcal ceremony with a keeper on the ancient Naua tradition, playing Ōllamaliztli - the ancient ball game played in the "tlachtli" (Great Ballcourt) at Chichen Itza… and more!
An journey of a life time, inspired in the journey of Quetzalcoatl - the feathered serpent whose image survived six consecutive cultures in the land we now called Mexico. His form embodies the balance and mastery of the three levels of consciousness:
Above - represented by Quetzal (bird) - We connect to the wisdom of the Eagle
Centre - Jaguar, or later Priest/King - We connect to the wisdom of the Temple Keepers
Below, Coatl (serpent) - We connect to the energy of the Serpent

One of my favourite things in life is drumming. And if I drum with Cheetah Ram’s music is a dream come true. It not only their devotional, reggae, medicine, mantra uprising type of vibe, it’s about friends that I adore to the bottom of my heart, that I work regularly with and shared incredible spiritual experiences never ever forgotten. They are family, people that walk their path in integrity and have an incredible talent that shows up in many different ways. I am beyond happy to support their prayers with my humble beat.
They recently released a new song called “Cosmic Mind” and you’ll find their music in most streaming platforms. Check their YouTube channel to get a flavour.
We will be playing full band at Soul Revolution, alongside many other conscious artists and spiritual leaders. Join us! many of us will be there, wild and free ;)
Cheetah Ram
Garwyn Linnel and I will be running a tree sound workshop and playing an acoustic set by the banks of the river Thaames, Reading area.
We’ll be part of the Natural Flow retreat in 2026, sharing a live music performance on the Saturday evening and guiding a voice workshop during the day.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and feel - through movement, nature, and sound. The voice becomes a pathway into expression, something we can explore together without pressure or expectation, allowing sound to move through the body in a natural and playful way.
It’s not about singing “well” or performing - more about opening, expressing, and rediscovering your voice as something alive and connected. Expect an intimate, immersive experience of music, voice, connection, and embodied expression.
